The staff of the points and helpline provides information in person and by telephone:
- On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 – 15:30
- Tuesday: 08:00 – 18:00
The Information Points for Foreigners and Helpline provide third-country nationals with regard to legalization of residence, legal advice, in particular related to taking of legal work in Poland, as well as information on the legal system in force in our country. Assistance in dealing with public institutions and support in the field of intercultural dialogue is also offered.

Information provided by the Information Point for Foreigners and Helpline does not exempt from the obligation to read the applicable law in terms of entry, residence and work on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Information Points for Foreigners and Helpline are aimed to provide ongoing support to foreigners from third countries in the aspect of providing information on the legalization of stay, administrative, legal, employee rights, integration and counseling, health care, psychological and social care, childcare and family reunification, activities that increase contact and integration with Polish society.
